and I want to tell them how to lower their power. How can a router power output level be turned down? We went to ethernet at our house because I am electrosensitive, but we have 8 different WIFI signals from our neighbors in our house

I bought a stetzerizer microsurge meter. When I plug it in the early morning it's under 50 but then later in the afternoon it goes up and at night it really goes up and nothing is added. I notice my meter will show a fluctuating # while i check it.
