Hey Dylan,

GFCI outlets work without grounding but are less safe than grounded. Ideally anything within 6-8ft of a water source should have one. What it wont do however, is allow your devices to be grounded, such as TV, computer, laptops etc, which is where the majority of your in house EMF come from that our devices offer protection against. Even if you only had ground installed in a couple places of your home instead of the entire house, would allow you to offer a much higher level of protection from the devices with proper grounding.

Hey Joanne,

If you are using our shielded ethernet cables, and have plastic ports on the back of your modem/router combo - then you will need an ethernet grounding adapter kit for each cable you are running from the back of the combo. The plastic ports you have on the back of it all break ground, instead of it having metal and allowing the ground to carry, resulting in only 1 adapter needed for all the cables.

The ethernet cable coming into the laptop would need a metal port on the laptop for it to ground the laptop, otherwise you would still want to use the USB adapter if you are using the laptop while you are plugged in.

Good Morning Matt,

Currently the largest size extension cord we have is the 17ft, due to supply and logistics. We are able to sell the safe wrap in bulk up to about 300ft without interruption.

Hey Matt,

Based on testing, you are around 90%+ reduction. The website for the product show's the wrap with a typical outdoor extension cord, with reductions on both the ME3840B & the Trifield giving it that 90% reduction.

It is recommended to purchase the support plan with the JRS. It is a 1 time purchase which covers setup, configuration, troubleshooting and customizing for as long as you own the router. Alternatively, you would book a support consult each time you needed help otherwise.
