The recording from your phone consulting session with Shaun Kranish will be uploaded to the support ticket that was created at the time of your order. You can listen to the recording usually with software already on your computer.
If you for some reason have difficulty and cannot get the file to play properly on your computer, please go to: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html and download the Free and Open-Source (safe) program VLC Player. This program will have no problem opening and letting you listen to the recording of your phone session.
