I bought a stetzerizer microsurge meter. When I plug it in the early morning it's under 50 but then later in the afternoon it goes up and at night it really goes up and nothing is added. I notice my meter will show a fluctuating # while i check it.

So it's best to filter when things are the highest. Then you will be protected when things are the worst.
