We are trying to cut down on emf for health reasons. In studying installing wired Ethernet to eliminate Wi-Fi, it becomes more and more involved.
Do you think purchasing your low-emission Wi-Fi router and maybe placing some of your meter and filters would be a more cost effective way to protect from Wi-Fi than a whole house install of Ethernet cabling?
Sometimes it depends. All networks should have a Router, in my opinion for 2 reasons.
1) Security purposes
2) The ability to have multiple devices connected simultaneously.
Some Fiber or FIOS networks do not have a modem and cannot be power cycled.
Do you have a modem with your system? OR - Do you have an ethernet line running into your home from an outside provider box?
Pictures would also greatly help and any information you can provide would help ie:
1) Internet Service Provider
2) Internet Speed Package
3) How many devices you plan to hook up in the home
Let me know! Thanks!
