I want a shielded power cord for my desktop Mac. The cord is not removable from the rear of the Mac. So do I wrap it with aluminum tape to shield it?

Hello There,

May i get the year your Mac was built?  All power cords for Macs should be removable.  To be honest this is the first time we came across a Mac not being able to replace the power cord.  If we can this info or if you would like to send us some pictures of the back of you Mac, that would be very helpful.
