Why do you have such worthless product descriptions?

How do you expect people to make an informed purchase when you have such shit descriptions of most of your products?  You don't explain how they work or how you install them in your system. (I'm speaking specifically of the filters now).   When you have products that cost more than $1k you expect a little more explanation.

This is not your fault , but how does anyone use those individual filters if you need 20?  That would use up most of the outlets in my house?

Under the products you have tabs labeled ( specifications, video, instructions, features 1-15) but there is nothing there.  Sometimes the questions aren't even answered in the questions tab.

Also I read somewhere on your site that the combo packages were supposed to have free shipping, but the package I was going to buy didn't have free shipping.  I might as well buy from Amazon, but I don't want to.  I really wanted to at least buy a meter today, but now I might hold off, or go to amazon.
