How do I enable my edge router to serve up IPv6 addresses? On the surface, it appears to be serving up ipv6. However, the ipv6 addresses are not proper. For example: On this computer the address looks like "fe8::a948:5151:b1b1:716e%13"

There are not 8 nodes and there is a "%" symbol.

additional background, my internet provider does provide a public IPv6 address.
