Is it recommended to order the consultation along with the JRS? I know almost nothing about routers. Thank you!!
It is recommended to purchase the support plan with the JRS. It is a 1 time purchase which covers setup, configuration, troubleshooting and customizing for as long as you own the router. Alternatively, you would book a support consult each time you needed help otherwise.
