Hi Seth, Thanks for the info. Before I purchased the JRS, I had read that plugging it into a regular modem would reduce the emissions altogether and only send signals out when someone was using wifi. That is why I purchased it. It is for work, and unfortunately they demand wifi. I am interested to know the exact directions for how to accomplish the lowest emissions, whether that be using the JRS with the AT&T modem and how to turn that modems wifi off and only use JRS, or to also purchase a low emissions modem and where to do that, suggestions for what modem to purchase. Thanks much.
I can help you out with this. When can we get in touch!?

The JRS is set for 90% lowered emissions but it will not lower the emissions of another Wi-Fi device. You could disable the old Wi-Fi radio on the c-3700 to eliminate the high powered signals the c-3700 sends, or replace it entirely with a modem-only for an optimal low emissions network.
