Space heater drawing on wall circuit

As it is winter, I need a space heater in my bedroom. I am currently using a radiator, but the current running through my wall is creating a significant LF reading and I am very, very sensitive. The readings next to the heater itself are lower than the readings in my wall and I am wondering if a different type of heater might draw less electricity?
